The fashion houses get away with it because there is high demand for their products. LV is 14 days for a full refund and 30 days for an exchange only .
The service and delivery was excellent and it was very well wrapped and packaged. It came with the ysl dust bag and they also sent me a Selfridges dust bag. There was no ysl box but I had paid for the gift box , just in case.
