That is the issue with reps. Rolex is perfectly centered on single date and double dates. Good thing is that it’s an eta rep and you can use a TC date wheel or a good overlay. The price is almost the same (arf is 10$ more expensive).
Overall, ARF have done an amazing job on this rep so instead of running through each characteristic I’ll just highlight key differences I've noticed: Dial Colour: The ARF is a plain blue with a teal undertone which compares to the Gen which is deep blue that's almost purplish. ARF fixed the short hands and the date wheel font - we can call this the V2. So, the main tells now are the sharp bezel and the hands are not '3d' enough - but this is the case on all reps. If ARF produce a V3 which has softer bezel, then this is next on my list. The first touch feeling which AR Rolex gives you is excellent, whether on the case or bracelet, the finish on AR 126600 is superior. On AR 126600, if you check the first link of the bracelet that connects the case, its compactness with the links on both sides is made better, Noob’s has a small gap. On the ARF v3, there is quite a bunch of reflection & it does not look like the gen watch in that regard. To be fair, I haven't seen any rep that manages this - which is why a crystal swap is the most popular mod on these.
