I found a like new (N-2011) Pam 104 on the sales forum. I think all the major differences have been noted: dial design, logo vs. no logo, applied vs. sandwich lume, display vs. solid case back. However, the other difference is that the 000 and 112 do not have COSC movements. After a long search it came down to two models 111 and 510. Based on the ETA 6497/2, the PAM 111 is powered by a hand wound COSC Certified OP XI Calibre. Panerai modifications include a swan neck regulator, 56 hour power reserve, Geneva stripes on the plates, and redesigned bridges. The movement is robust, reliable, and easily serviceable.

I am debating between the 111 and 112...what do you all think? Also, can someone explain the movement of these watches? They aren't automatic movements so does that means you have to wind them and they will work until you take them off? or does that mean you have to wind them every "x number of hours/day" even if you keep them in motion?
