Located on the serene outskirts of Geneva is the Rolex Plan-les-Ouates production site, a state-of-the-art facility where Rolex manufactures all the elements of its watch cases, bracelets, bezels and even its own gold alloys.
The Plan-les-Ouates site is where all activities related to development, manufacturing and quality management of the case and bracelet happen. It is here where Rolex's foundry is located, where the special alloys such as Everose gold are crafted into bracelets and cases.This is our 18 kt yellow gold. At first glance, it is indistinguishable from any other. Yet, it can be found only in our watches: we make it at our own foundry, located on our Plan-Les-Ouates site in Geneva.
