The rep one is good but gen is way better. My rep clasp was a little bit lose but the gen is tight and you feel the quality. You already feel the difference when opening the clasp ! For changing the strap you just need to unscrew the two h-screws on the lugs. For changing the clasp it is not necessary to unscrew the h-screws on the clasp.

They are very uncomfortable and cut into my wrist. My "solution" was to sand down the sharp edges with a dremel and make them smooth. That fixed most of the problem.
